I have loved yoga for many years now. It was in 2016 that I took my passion for yoga to the next level and began teaching it.
Yoga has so many benefits energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically. It strengthens muscles, organs and increases energy and vitality for the body and mind.
It feels like the icing on the cake and Iām thoroughly enjoying integrating all my practices and passing on my passion for health & wellness, using the best approach to fit each client.

What are including in your yoga classes?
My classes involve breathing techniques, asanas (postures), pranayama (channeling energy using breathing as a tool), and meditation.
How long have you been teaching yoga?
I have enjoyed yoga classes formally years and decided I would like to deepen my practice, and pass it on. I completed my training with Union Yoga Ayurveda in Singapore in July 2016.
How much does an in-person session cost?
1:1 class: $120 for 1 hour 15 minutes
Package: 8 classes for $850
Do you offer private classes for groups?
If you have a group of 6 or more, please get in touch to arrange a time and place.
Group pricing?
Group class: $30 for 1 hour 15 minutes
Package: 8 classes for $200
